You retain the choice to opt-out of receiving affiliate marketing communications at any time. We will never send marketing or other non-essential communications via SMS. Consent to Intercept and Filter Communications:

By using Grayrock's services, you consent to the interception and filtering of your SMS messages for the purpose of identifying and blocking hurtful content. You acknowledge that messages sent to and from your proxy number will be intercepted and filtered or otherwise altered by our automated systems before being forwarded to you.

Two-Party Consent:

In jurisdictions that require the consent of both parties to a communication, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from all parties to the communication for the interception, alteration, and filtering of their messages by Grayrock.

User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for ensuring that all parties to your communications are aware of and consent to the filtering and processing of messages by Grayrock as required by your local laws. Failure to obtain the necessary consents may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Intellectual Property:

Grayrock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yew Projects, LLC, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Modifications to Services:

Grayrock reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Grayrock shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

Account Security:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grayrock, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the service.
Your violation of any term of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property.
Any claim that your use of the service caused damage to a third party.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable or invalid provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and valid.
